At our initial meeting, he took the time to explain the entire process; he listened carefully to understand what we wanted, rather than pushing a sales agenda, and through the whole process he ensured we had no unexpected out-of-pocket expenses. When negotiating with the insurance company, he approached them three separate times - each time they increased the payout.
