When a re-assessment by the insurance adjuster was needed, he made sure to be there in person unlike the other company. At our initial meeting, he took the time to explain the entire process; he listened carefully to understand what we wanted, rather than pushing a sales agenda, and through the whole process he ensured we had no unexpected out-of-pocket expenses. When negotiating with the insurance company, he approached them three separate times - each time they increased the payout. Thanks to his persistence and attention to detail, we received the maximum benefit from our claim. During the roof and gutter installation, Emilio visited our home at the end of each workday.
