When negotiating with the insurance company, he approached them three separate times - each time they increased the payout. Thanks to his persistence and attention to detail, we received the maximum benefit from our claim. During the roof and gutter installation, Emilio visited our home at the end of each workday. The crews have been working with MHR for many years, so a high level of trust in their workmanship was well established. His visits were more for us, his customers, to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing.
