"MHR did a fantastic job replacing our roof and gutters after hail damage. We had first contacted a large roofing company and quickly realized our business wasn’t a priority. A neighbor recommended MHR, and reaching out to Emilio was the best decision we made. Emilio was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. When a re-assessment by the insurance adjuster was needed, he made sure to be there in person unlike the other company. At our initial meeting, he took the time to explain the entire process; he listened carefully to understand what we wanted, rather than pushing a sales agenda, and through the whole process he ensured we had no unexpected out-of-pocket expenses. When negotiating with the insurance company, he approached them three separate times - each time they increased the payout. Thanks to his persistence and attention to detail, we received the maximum benefit from our claim. During the roof and gutter installation, Emilio visited our home at the end of each workday. The crews have been working with MHR for many years, so a high level of trust in their workmanship was well established. His visits were more for us, his customers, to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing.
